With the Iowa caucus just one week away, GOP Presidential hopefuls are pulling out all the stops to target conservative voters in the Hawkeye State. The two veterans of the group Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich, were at odds with one another over the Christmas break. It was no holds barred and no person sparred in the CNN GOP debate hosted in Las Vegas, NV and moderated by CNN anchor Anderson Cooper. The hot topic issues included immigration, healthcare, foreign affairs and defense spending. Notably missing from the line-up of topics was education which is a crucial matter that deserves attention from all levels of government. Two of the most popular women in the Republican party Sarah Palin (former Governor of Alaska) and Michelle Bachmann (R-6th District Minnesota) have recently began to engage in a good old fashion "girl fight".
