As we're sure you've all heard of by now, GOP Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney delivered a speech at the NAACP National Convention in Houston, TX last week. Considering his ultimate goal is to be the President, Romney is taking  steps to connect with black voters and the NAACP Convention was the first step.
