Determining who will represent the Arizona's 8th Congressional District will be decided today. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords announced earlier this year that she would focus on her rehabilitation instead of returing to Congress, after being shot in the head at a townhall meeting in 2011. The candidates up for her seat are her former aide, Ron Barber, who was himself injured during the townhall attack in 2011 and Tea-party/ GOP candidate Jesse Kelly. This election can also be used as a somewhat foreshadowing tool of what's important in voters eye's, seeing as though it is the last election nationwide...
